Beef Stroganoff

1lb ground beef

onion

garlic

1C sour cream

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2T ketchup

2t worchestershire sauce

Cook the ground beef in a skillet with the onion and garlic, I don't usually measure how much, drain the grease. Put meat back into skillet and the next 4 ingredients. cook until warm. Serve over rice

I love love love this recipe. It's been my favorite meal for a long time.
